PRODUCTS DIRECTIONS

• Put 1 fullbag of primer in hopper
• Add water 1/2 of the way up the cylinders.
•  Put pump in reverse and pump 10 to 15 strokes to thoroughly active primer.
• Put volume control to approximately 50% and put pump in forward. 
• Turn pump on and as soon as it switches over, shut pump off.
• If the s tube is on the left side, put the chute on the left side. If it is on the right side, put the chute on the right side.
• Pour concrete into the hopper until it starts to come over the top of the s tube. You will notice the concrete pushing the water into the cylinder.
• Turn on the pump. The opposite cylinder will draw the prime in first.
• If done correctly, you should see one stroke of primer exit the hose, then almost pure concrete. It should't be mixed for 3 or 4 strokes.

 Boom Saver (concrete retardant) Description Boom Saver is a dry, powdered concrete delay set product conveniently packaged in easy-to-use one pound bags. It’s easily mixed in with concrete during the placing operation giving you greater control. Advantages; This must-have power concrete retarder saves you money and time. Delaying the setting time allows the operator time to reach proper clean-out locations. This pre-packaged delay set works well with any mix and will not affect structural concrete strength.

1.  Use one bag to delay one yard of concrete for up to 3 hours. (25ea. 8oz. bags per box/pail). Sold in either a box or pail. 

Liquid Boom Saver is a new product we have created for our customers who might prefer the liquid form of our popular powdered Boom Saver. Our Boom Savers are manufactured to provide concrete pumpers with more control over concrete set up times, especially when delivery times are long or delayed. One application of Boom Saver could save a complete boom system hopper and barrels. Our Liquid and powdered Boom Saver will not affect the strength concrete only the set-up time.  

1. Add Boom Saver to your hopper when going from job to job, to save time and concrete setting up in your hopper. Simply add Boom Saver to your hopper, recirculate, and you are safe!
